Lovely place! My husband and I traveled to Jesup for an over the weekend event and stayed with them for two nights. The design of the entire house is beautiful with a relaxed, historical atmosphere. The room we stayed in gave me such a good vibe, almost like being immersed into the scene of an old book. Also, everything is so clean, I had to wonder if she is either using a magic wand or nanotechnology to clean the house. Both me and my husband loved the experience! Highly recommended!

What a perfect place to stay! Hostess was delightful and made us feel right at home. Our room was so cute and exceeded expectations. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

We discovered this gem a few years ago quite by accident and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment you park and walk up the steps into this grand home, you immediately are transported back in time not only in the beautiful furnishings from the period of this majestic home but the warm reception extended by the host Pam. She is one of a kind! Her motto for the Inn is “stay as guests, leave as friends” and I will tell you this is absolutely true. She loves to get to know her guests, provides a very delicious and filling breakfast at the time you would like and is very accommodating. We came as guests and over the Last 3 years have become more like family with her. She is a beautiful soul. The rooms are spectacular and offer luxurious bedding that allow you to have an incredibly comfortable nights sleep. We no longer have family in Jesup but we continue to make the trip several times a year just to catch up and chill on the front porch with her and a glass of wine. This Bed and Breakfast is truly one of a kind.

Our stay was great! Pam was so kind and made us feel right at home. The coffee and breakfast were amazing. The Inn is decorated so beautiful for Christmas also! Would definitely recommend for a girls trip or for a couple just wanting to get away for a couple of days.

We stayed one night here and I wish it had been more than one evening; though we will return. This is a beautifully preserved and managed inn. The outside of this Victorian is authentically lavished with welcoming chairs, pillows, decorations, and color. Step inside and "wow!" is all you will say, viewing the foyer, stairwell, living room, and dining room. Just wait until you see the rooms...the Victorian charm will bring you back in time, as the furniture, tastefully decorated walls, marble bathroom floor, claw foot tub, brass bed, are perfectly chosen. Modern conveniences of Roku TV, wifi, alarm clock with 2 AC plugs, small fridge, sound machine, a la carte items to purchase. Close restaurants (some with live bands and/or karaoke), cinema, fast food. Pam, the owner/hostess, is so welcoming and makes you feel at home, like you have been friends forever. We will come back just as soon as we can, and definitely recommend others stay here; you will love it!

Too short! We stayed a weekend at Trowell Historic Inn and it was just perfect. Pam was a terrific host, offering options for activities and meals. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed exploring the quaint little town. Next time, we'll make it a LONG weekend. 😊

Every little thing was perfect. We walked in to the scent of baking bread and the offer of charcuterie. Spent time chatting and then headed into town for dinner. Our room was so clean, with lots of little comforts. We hope to stay again soon!

Exquisite bed and breakfast decorated and furnished with beautiful antique pieces. The host, Pam, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed in the Jasmine Rose room, with a new king mattress, which was extremely comfortable. The claw foot tub in the spacious bathroom was adorable. We will definitely be back.

The Trowell Historic Inn is a beautifully decorated Victorian house with comfortable beds and every amenity the modern traveler wants. The hostess, Pam, is lovely and so welcoming! The individualized breakfast was delicious, the highlight being Pam’s homemade bread! I look forward to my next stay here!
